Welcome to our website

??? . . . DEATH . . . Then What . . . ???

Where Will I Go?

Physical death is NOT the end of us as a precise person. Death is the doorway to eternity, the doorway to a continuing existence, in one of two actual places. Many people think there may be a Heaven, but millions of people refuse to believe that there is a literal, real Hell. The Bible clearly states that there most certainly is a Hell.

Should we FEAR death?

What about fearing death? Proverbs 10:24 The fear of the wicked, it shall come upon him: but the desire of the righteous shall be granted. (KJV) Those without Christ dread the thought of death. Those who do not believe God (1 John 5:10-13) usually fear death, and they have a very good reason. But those who have accepted Christ and His Work on the cross KNOW (John 20:31; 1 John 5:13) they have eternal life and God’s salvation, and that their hopes shall be rewarded. God offers ALL people a choice: we can have either our fears OR our desires come true. We make that choice by rejecting God and living our own way (Hell), or by believing God, accepting Christ and following Him (Heaven).

1 John 5:10-13 He that believeth on the Son of God hath the witness in himself: he that believeth not God hath made him a liar; because he believeth not the record that God gave of his Son. [11] And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. [12] He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life. [13] These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God. (KJV) We KNOW we have eternal life when we believe on the Name of the Son of God. God makes salvation easy, for ALL people, for anyone, for whosoever! So, should we fear death? Do God’s TRUE children have a reason to fear death? NO! Absolutely not!

1 Thes. 4:13 But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope. (KJV) Who are those who have no hope? It is those who are unbelievers, those who reject Christ Jesus, those that the Bible calls “wicked” (Ps.5:5; Ps.11:5; Ps.32:10; Ps.37:17; Ps.75:10; Mal.3:18; Mat.13:49; Mt.25:33; Jn.5:29; 1 Pet.3:12; 2 Pet.2:7; 3:17; Rev.21:7-8; 22:15).

2 Cor. 5:6-8 Therefore we are always confident, knowing that, whilst we are at home in the body, we are absent from the Lord: [7] (For we walk by faith, not by sight:) [8] We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord. (KJV) When we accept Christ, we can live in peace and be full of courage. Our life is not a matter of sight, but of faith (complete trust) in God. We are full of assurance because we have God’s Promise (insurance) of eternal life (Titus 1:2). We would much rather leave our home in the body and be at home with the Lord.

Titus 1:2 In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began; (KJV) God cannot lie. We have a web site with this name because we firmly believe that God cannot lie! http://www.godcannotlie.org

The basis of our faith is trust in God’s character. Because God is Truth, He is the Source of all Truth, and He cannot lie. Believing Him leads to godliness, living a God-honoring life-style. The eternal life that God has promised will be ours, because He keeps His Promises. Why fear death when the bliss of Heaven awaits??

1 John 4:18 There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love. (KJV) Before I came to Christ, I was terrified of death. I refused to talk about it to my husband when he would say: “If something happens to me ----.” But, when Jesus came into my life, fear left! I’m ready to go any time now! I do NOT fear death, for death shall put me in His awesome Presence, Face to face! HOW I will die is a concern, for I do not want to be a burden on loved ones, but death itself will be a blessing! Death is not termination, death is instead germination; just the beginning!!! Absent from the body, present with the Lord. Thank you Jesus, for all that You have done!

When a born again believer (God’s child) dies, that soul goes imediately to be with the Lord.
Luke 23:43
And Jesus said unto him, Verily I say unto thee, To day shalt thou be with me in paradise. (KJV)
2 Cor. 5:8 We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord. (KJV)
Phil. 1:21-23 For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain. [22] But if I live in the flesh, this is the fruit of my labour: yet what I shall choose I wot not. [23] For I am in a strait betwixt two, having a desire to depart, and to be with Christ; which is far better: (KJV) For a TRUE Christian, life is Christ. Death simply ends this fleeting life here on Earth and places us in His awesome Presence. After death, much more is in store. Death is NOT just being buried in the dust (Gen 3:19). We continue to live! We start a new and eternal life in the Home of God! So actually, we are pulled in two directions. We want to serve Christ in this temporal life, but truly want very much to leave this life and be with Christ, which is a far better thing.

SO, what about unbelievers? The Bible has much to say! I have included only a few verses of a multitude.
Matthew 7:13 Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: (KJV)
Matthew 25:46 And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal. (KJV)
John 3:18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
(KJV)
Psalm 5:5-6 The foolish shall not stand in thy sight: thou hatest all workers of iniquity. [6] Thou shalt destroy them that speak leasing: the Lord will abhor the bloody and deceitful man. (KJV)
Job 21:30 That the wicked is reserved to the day of destruction? they shall be brought forth to the day of wrath. (KJV)
Psalm 1:6 For the Lord knoweth the way of the righteous: but the way of the ungodly shall perish. (KJV)
Psalm 7:11 God judgeth the righteous, and God is angry with the wicked every day. (KJV) The “wicked” are unbelievers in God’s eyes (Pro.30:12; Hosea 2:4; John 9:31).
Psalm 9:17 The wicked shall be turned into hell, and all the nations that forget God. (KJV)
Proverbs 29:1 He, that being often reproved hardeneth his neck, shall suddenly be destroyed, and that without remedy. (KJV) A person gets more stubborn every time they reject Christ, one day they will be crushed and never recover.
Isaiah 1:28
And the destruction of the transgressors and of the sinners shall be together, and they that forsake the Lord shall be consumed. (KJV)
Isaiah 13:9 Behold, the day of the Lord cometh, cruel both with wrath and fierce anger, to lay the land desolate: and he shall destroy the sinners thereof out of it. (KJV)
Rev. 20:15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire. (KJV)

IS YOUR NAME IN THE BOOK OF LIFE???
Rev. 21:8
But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.(KJV)
