Dan Corner's Teachings Are WRONG

The Bible condemns ALL of us as guilty, dirty, rotten, Hell-deserving sinners. My salvation and YOURS rests solely on the righteousness of Christ Jesus (1 Cor.1:30), because of the Precious Blood that He shed for our sins (1 Pet.1:18-19). I, like other "watchmen" do not wish to be unkind, but instead, I simply want to expose false teachings to try to keep people from traveling the wrong road.

Daniel Corner is a dangerous false teacher and denies the Biblical Eternal Security of the believer . . . teaching instead a FALSE gospel . . . a CONDEMNED "another gospel" (2 Cor.11:4) of works salvation.
BEWARE!!! Dan Corner spreads his damnable heresy to millions of naive people. The internet is saturated with lies and "doctrines of devils"... "Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils" (1 Tim.4:1).

Dan Corner corrupts the simplicity that is in Christ Jesus and teaches "doctrines of devils." The Bible absolutely DOES teach the Eternal Security of the believer, which is the only conclusion you can make IF you really believe God.

Romans 4:5 But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness. (KJV) . . . FAITH is counted for righteousness! You either believe God or you don't!

Dan Corner's website is filled with what I personally consider the corrupt NIV version of the Bible, so to me, it is no surprise that Corner messes up doctrinally? He uses a deceitful, messed up bible!

Corruption of 1 Corinthians 6:9-10

1 Cor.6:9-10 Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, 10 Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God. (KJV) . . . BUT, Corner and other enemies of Eternal Security fail to quote verse 11.

1 Cor.6:11 And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God. (KJV) . . . When a person repents (turns away, goes the other direction, away from sin) and believes on Christ Jesus to be forgiven of their sins, the righteousness of Jesus is imputed (accredited to your account). To be saved, we NEED Jesus' righteousness! We MUST have it! When that righteousness is applied to us, our sins are gone. Our sins are washed away by the Blood of Jesus and we CANNOT lose that salvation.

Our spiritual birth is just as irreversible as our physical birth. When we are saved, and when God looks down on a believer, He sees the precious Blood of Jesus, He does NOT see our former wicked selves. God imputes to us the righteousness of Christ Jesus. Thank You Jesus!

This marvelous step of IMPUTATION is what is missing in Corner's demonic theology. Opponents of Eternal Security fail to understand and accept that man's salvation rests in the righteousness of Jesus Christ; NEVER in own self-righteousness.

2 Cor.5:21 For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him. (KJV) . . . We do NOT go to Heaven because we live a life of obedience and faith; but instead, because we have believed and trusted in the righteousness of Jesus Christ to forgive our sins.

Acts 10:43 To him give all the prophets witness, that through his name whosoever believeth in him shall receive remission of sins. (KJV) . . . Corner falsly teaches that salvation can be lost if believers willfully commit sin. My friend, if that is the case, then every Christian is unsaved because we ALL sin every day!!! Corner has even written a book teaching that one's salvation is CONDITIONAL upon living an obedient life to Christ. . . . BUT . . . then Corner claims that salvation is still by God's grace. It CANNOT be both ways! Salvation cannot be by grace AND works.

Romans 11:6 And if by grace, then is it no more of works: otherwise grace is no more grace. But if it be of works, then is it no more grace: otherwise work is no more work. (KJV)

Salvation is EITHER freely offered (Rom.10:13) by God's grace and freely received (Rev.22:17) as a GIFT because of Christ's Blood Sacrifice (1 Pet.1:18-19); OR . . . salvation is conditional as Dan Corner teaches and works are a necessary part of salvation.

BEWARE!!! Please do not be deceived, salvation has nothing to do with the life we live. That would be self-righteousness!!!

Romans 4:5 But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness. (KJV) . . . Our FAITH is COUNTED for righteousness. Salvation is a GIFT, free of charge from a loving God. It is NOT a reward for good works we have done (Eph.2:8-9). Dan Corner is WRONG!

The Damnable Heresy of Dan Corner

Dan Corner is an aggressive false teacher who hates the Biblical teaching of Eternal Security. The following garbage is quoted from Corner's website:

True grace teaches us to live self-controlled, upright and godly lives (Titus 2:12). In contrast, there exists a false and dangerous "grace" message which gives a license for immorality (Jude 4) and breeds arrogance through a false security (Rom. 11:19-23).

The Biblical doctrine of Eternal Security does NOT give a believer a "license to sin." NOT now, NOT ever!

Do you know someone who is a really great Christian? That person is a SINNER! Even the best of the best Christians still sin, and are unable to totally escape the sin-nature (Rom.7:14-32). The godly Apostle Paul clearly had sin problems in his personal life. How many believers today are as faithful to the Lord as the Apostle Paul? Yet he desperately struggled with sin on a daily basis.

BUT . . . can you find any place in the Bible that ever mentions Paul ever losing his salvation? If you find one, please let me know. To me this is evidence, proof, that Eternal Security IS Biblical and NO TRUE believer ever needs to fear losing the Salvation which God promised before the world began (Titus 1:2). John 3:17 tells us that Jesus did not come into the world to condemn humanity; but rather, to save us. JESUS SAVES SINNERS!

NO where, NOT once in the Bible are we warned that committing sin can result in our losing salvation. God will CHASTISE us, yes! Yet, Dan Corner perverts the Scriptures and foolishly teaches that committing even one sin can rob us of our salvation. King David did NOT lose his salvation and there is NO Scriptural evidence to support Corner's heresy. In Psalm 51 David asked God to restore "the joy of thy salvation"; David didn't ask to get his salvation back. He wanted the JOY of salvation back!

It is SO clear that Dan Corner teaches a works-based salvation, requiring obedience to Christ and holy living as absolute essentials to obtain eternal life. This damnable HERESY negates the GIFT of God. Dan Corner deceives people. One place he says that salvation is NOT by works . . . then he turns around and very clearly says works are required and that righteous living, obedience and remaining faithful is essential to salvation. This is in sharp and direct opposition to the Bible. Check out the TRUTH of God's Word. Salvation is EITHER by GRACE OR it's by WORKS. It CANNOT be both. Just what is it that Dan Corner does not understand? You either believe the Bible or you don't!

Romans 8:13 For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live. (KJV) . . . Dan Corner twists the meaning of Romans 8:13 to mean that sinful believers can lose their salvation.

Galatians 5:25 is proof that a person can LIVE IN THE SPIRIT (be saved); while failing to WALK IN THE SPIRIT (live for the Lord). “If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.”

2 Timothy 2:15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. (KJV) . . . Dan Corner falls short of this. He is NOT rightly dividing the word of truth. He teaches that a believer can lose salvation and must repent in order to get saved AGAIN, and again and again and again. There is NOT one Scriptures to support his heresy. Dan Corner's false teachings are dangerous, because they are a road to the devil's Hell.

The Bible contains many examples of CARNAL believers who deliberately chose to live in horrible sin. King David was a "man after God's own heart" (1 Sam. 13:14); yet he commit adultery with Bathsheba, got her pregnant and then murdered her husband to hide his sin (2 Sam.11).

Noah got drunk (Gen.9:21). Samson had sex with a prostitute (Jud.16:1). Jonah ran from God (Jonah 1:3). Peter denied our precious Saviour and used profanity (Mark 14:71). One-third of the Bible was written by murderers: Moses, David and Paul (formerly Saul of Tarsus). With the exception of Paul, Moses and David were already saved when they commit murder. Corner foolishly teaches that all these believers LOST their salvation and needed to get saved again. Corner is a heretic!

Perversion of Luke 15:24
Luke 15:24 For this my son was dead, and is alive again; he was lost, and is found. And they began to be merry. (KJV) . . . There is NOT one thing in the account of The Prodigal Son to indicate that Jesus was speaking about a believer who had gone into sin and LOST salvation. Corner makes that wrong assumption!

In John 3:3 Jesus proclaimed, “Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.” The Bible NEVER speaks of losing one's salvation OR of being born again and again and again.

Romans 8:9 But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his. (KJV) . . . EVERY TRUE believer has the Holy Spirit indwelling their body. That Spirit is the Spirit of Jesus Christ and God the Father. To teach that salvation can be lost is to claim that God is not faithful and not truthful. For Jesus says once we have the Holy Spirit, we have Him "for ever" (John 14:16; also: 2 John 2).

Corner teaches that a believer MUST ENDURE 'til the end to be saved. This is NOT Biblical. Enduring or persevering is a WORK. Titus 3:5 states, “Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost.” Yet, Corner and other opponents of Eternal Security claim that works of righteousness are necessary for salvation. They are liars! We are saved by the imputed righteousness of Christ Jesus!

Claiming that the prodigal son pictures a believer losing salvation is WRONG! It twists and corrupts God's Holy Word.

Corruption of Hebrews 12:14
Hebrews 12:14 Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord: (KJV) . . . Corner alleges that the Author of Hebrews was teaching that a believer must continue in holy living in order to go to Heaven. WRONG.

Romans 4:5 But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness. (KJV) . . . Our FAITH . . . NOT works. . . is counted for righteousness.

Consider the following:

Verse 14: "Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord."

This has been often misunderstood and misapplied that many believers who have try to live holy lives have been tormented and discouraged.

The Greek word here translated "follow" means "to pursue, to follow after." Many believers have been taught from the pulpit that if they do not live above sin (meaning "sinless perfection") . . . they have NO hope to ever see God.

It is NOT through perfect peace and perfect holiness that we SEE the Lord: it is by grace through faith! When we have been saved by God's grace, we are then to pursue peace and holiness; BUT we can SEE Jesus because we are covered by His precious Blood and saved by His marvelous grace.
"Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord." It is our attitude concerning our fellowman, and also our disposition toward God the Father who loved us, and Jesus the Son who saved us.

I think Hebrews 12:14 is speaking about our influence upon other people. IF we do not pursue peace with others, and live holy lives, then lost sinners will NOT see the Lord Jesus in us. we are the only Jesus someone will ever see and know. That person may go to Hell IF they do not see the Lord Jesus in you. As believers, we are supposed to be the light of the world. . . and the . salt of the earth: (Mat.5:13-14). I believe that Hebrews 12:14 refers to our Christian influence upon others; NOT to our personal salvation.

Dan Corner's False Teaching On Sin

Dan Corner teaches that certain sins like adultery and murder, are worse than other sins and will cause a believer to lose salvation and go to Hell. There is absolutely NOTHING, anywhere in the Bible to indicate that committing certain sins will cause a believer to lose salvation. ALL sin is abominable in God's eyes (James 2:10). Corner twists the Scriptures and makes many inferences BUT the Bible does not make any direct statements to support his wild ideas.

Harry Ironside said:
“People try to put guards around that truth and say, 'Yes, you are justified by faith if you have enough good works to add to it.' That is not true. It is by faith alone, and good works spring from that. When you know you have eternal life, you will find your heart so filled with love for Christ that you will try to live for His glory.” . . . Amen!

The damnable heresy that salvation can be lost NOT Biblical! How much sin can a person commit before losing salvation? What a horrible way to live, being in constant fear of losing salvation if we cross certain sinful lines in our life. This is 100% Works Salvation, which is of the Devil. Whereas the Bible teaches that the believer is secure in the GIFT of eternal life which is rooted in God's unconditional love (Rom.5:8) and the righteousness of Jesus Christ (Rom.10:3,4); opponents of Eternal Security place salvation in the hands of men, where it is sinfully rooted in self-righteousness. We are saved by Jesus' righteousness, NOT our own!

1 John 5:16 If any man see his brother sin a sin which is not unto death, he shall ask, and he shall give him life for them that sin not unto death. There is a sin unto death: I do not say that he shall pray for it. (KJV) . . . Dan Corner attempts to use 1 John 5:16 to teach that certain sins will cause a believer to lose salvation, but other sins won't. BUT . . . the very next verse thwarts Corner's heresy.

1 John 5:17 All unrighteousness is sin: and there is a sin not unto death. (KJV) . . . ALL SIN is unto death (Rom.6:23). So just what does 1 Jn.5:16 mean?

Death in 1 Jn.5:16 refers to physical death. It is NOT referring to spiritual death (separation from God), or eternal death (eternal separation from God) because the child of God HAS eternal life (John 5:24). I think that John is saying that believers (TRUE children of God) ARE capable of committing a sin for which their heavenly Father will call them home, or in other words, He will remove them from this life physically, quite possibly because they are disgracing Him.

Consider some people in the Bible who have committed a sin unto death. Moses and Aaron committed a sin unto death. You will recall that Moses got angry when the children of Israel kept begging for water and, instead of speaking to the rock as God commanded him, he HIT the rock twice (Num.20:7-12). Moses shouldn’t even have TOUCHED that rock. The rock was to be an example and a type of Christ.

Paul wrote: 1 Cor. 10:4 And did all drink the same spiritual drink: for they drank of that spiritual Rock that followed them: and that Rock was Christ. [KJV]

Christ died ONLY once, and Moses spoiled the type by striking the rock, TWICE. (Num.20:7-12). Moses was restored in that he could continue leading,BUT, even though he pleaded with God to forgive him and to permit him to enter the land, the Lord kept His Word.

Deut. 3:26 But the Lord was wroth with me for your sakes, and would not hear me: and the Lord said unto me, Let it suffice thee; speak no more unto me of this matter. [KJV] Moses and Aaron both had sinned a sin unto death . . . physical death. I am absolutely certain that Moses was a child of God! (Mat.17:1-6). And even though Aaron did some bad things, I know that he too was a child of God.

The wonderful thing about Biblical Christianity is that it is that salvation is based upon God's unconditional love, mercy and grace (John 3:16). In sharp contrast, Muslims, Catholics, Buddhists, Hindus and a multitude of other religions teach that men can only do their best, through good works and self-sacrifice, and hope they've been good enough to merit Heaven. Biblical Christianity is rooted in God's unconditional love and the righteousness of Jesus Christ; while the world's religions are rooted in hypocrisy and self-righteousness.

Opponents of Eternal Security Boast of Self-righteousness.

Those who deny the Eternal Security of the believer are self-righteous hypocrites. Does Dan Corner think he is not as sinful as adulterers, murderers and homosexuals? He IS! He IS because we ALL are sinners! ALL of us! He needs to get saved! If salvation can be lost, then ALL of us are going to Hell. It is arrogance and an insult to the Perfect Blood Sacrifice of Jesus Christ for anyone to blaspheme and claim that salvation can be lost, but they have not lost it yet because they are living a righteous life. BLASPHEMEY!

This is exactly what Ephesians 2:8-9 condemns. “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.” Every time Corner says he has not sinned unto death he is boasting of his own self-righteousness. All sin is unto death (1 John 5:17; Rom. 6:23). Corner teaches that believers who are guilty of adultery, greed, murder or homosexuality are not of a pure heart and will die spiritually and go to Hell if they do not repent and get saved "again." In my humble opinion, anyone who PRACTICES sin . . . continues on in sin . . . (of ANY kind), are NOT saved, and have NEVER been saved.

Dan Corner is a self-righteous hypocrite, as are all who believe as he does. Our works, our righteousness is nothing but "filthy rags" (Isa.64:6-7). Corner thinks he is secure in his salvation because he avoids certain DEEP SINS in his life. It seems he, and all those who reject the Biblical doctrine of Eternal Security, fail to realize that he is already guilty of committing EVERY sin in the Bible.

I believe that TRUE Christians are NOT under the Ten Commandments that were given to Israel (Ex.19:25; Deut.5:1). I believe we have the TWO commandments given to us by our precious Saviour. Read them carefully!

Matthew 22:36-40 Master, which is the great commandment in the law? 37 Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. 38 This is the first and great commandment. 39 And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. 40 On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets. (KJV) . . . Consider very carefully verse 40. "On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets." The TWO Commandments Jesus gives to us, cover the whole Old Testament: "the Law and the prophets." Jesus said so! Do you believe Him?

BUT those who reject (DENY) Eternal Security, reject (DENY) Jesus and reject (DENY) the Bible. They keep themselves "under the Law" (Rom.3:19-20; 1 Cor.9:20; Gal.4:21) . . . . so in my humble opinion, the following verses apply to them.

Galatians 3:10 For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse: for it is written, Cursed is every one that continueth not in all things which are written in the book of the law to do them. (KJV) . . . If Eternal Security opponents insist on works to keep them saved, they MUST KEEP ALL the Law! NO one ever did that except JESUS! When you DENY eternal security, you DENY Jesus!

James 2:10 For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all. (KJV) . . . The Ten Commandments are like a chain. When you break one link in a chain, the whole chain is broken. James is not saying here that if you break one commandment, you have broken them all. What he is saying is, that IF (when) you are guilty of breaking one commandment, you are guilty of breaking the Commandments . . . no matter which one you broke. A man in prison as a murderer, may look at another man and say: "I'm not a rapist. I never broke that law. " True! BUT, he is behind bars; he is a murderer. This attitude is not only in prisons, people in the "free world" look down on others this same way. We ALL stand before God as lawbreakers. Dan Corner is as just guilty as the vilest sinner who spits in Jesus' glorious Face. Corner and many others need to stop teaching heresy and realize that we ALL are vile, rotten, wicked sinners who can only be saved by JESUS' RIGHTEOUSNESS!!!

Eternal Life is the Free Gift of God

God is not a liar (Tit.1:2). God has promised salvation to all those who trust upon the Name of Christ Jesus. “For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” BUT . . . ALL those who deny Eternal Security call God a "liar." (1 John 5:10).

The Bible exposes Dan Corner and other heretics as big liars! The Bible teaches Eternal Security! The Bible teaches that salvation is a “free gift” (Rom.5:15; 6:23; Eph.2:8-9). WHY people do not believe God and His Holy Word is a mystery to me. So many of these people supposedly KNOW what the Bible states, yet they continue to believe and teach the devil's doctrines (1 Tim.4:1).

The Bible is SO clear! Ephesians 2:8-9 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: 9 Not of works, lest any man should boast. (KJV) . . . I have always considered a GIFT as being just that! I do not have to earn or work for a gift. A gift is free of charge, and there are NO stings attached.

The very idea that salvation is CONDITIONAL (what Daniel Corner and others teach) is NOT Biblical. Upon the life we live NEGATES, cancels out, reverses, counter acts, wipes out . . . the free GIFT of God. Jesus clearly tells us the ONLY “work” we need to do is BELIEVE God (John 6:29). That's it friend! Believe God! And trust Him through Jesus to forgive our sins.

WHY do people try to add to God's Word. (Mat.15:9). That is SIN! Adding to or subtracting from God's Word is big time wrong! (Deut. 4:2; Deut.12:32; Pro.30:5-6; Gal.1:8, 9; Rev.22:18-19).

The Bible exposes Corner as a false teacher because his heresy requires self-righteous works for salvation. Adding anything to faith alone in Christ is blasphemy and is a direct road to Hell. IF we are not saved by good works, then HOW can we be lost by bad works? We are NOT saved by ANY of our own self-righteous efforts; BUT instead, by the righteousness of Christ Jesus. (Psalm 45:7; Isa.11:5; 32:1; 42:6; 53:11; 59:16; Jer.23:5; Zec.9:9; Mat.3:15; 27:19; 27:24; Luke 1:35; 23:47; Heb.1:9; 7:26; 1 Cor.1:30; 1 John 2:1; 3:7; Rev. 19:11).

Jesus was sinless, and His Sacrifice for us gives us HIS righteousness when we trust and believe in Him. (Isaiah 53:9; Mat. 27:4; 27:19; 27:23; Mark 1:24; 15:14; Luke 1:35; 23:14; 23:22; 23:41; 23:47; John 7:18; 8:46; 14:30; 18:38; 19:4; Acts 3:14; 4:27; 7:52; 13:28; 22:14; 2 Cor.5:21; Heb.1:9; 4:15; 7:26; 9:14; 9:28; James 5:6; 1 Pet.1:19; 2:22; 1 John 3:3; 3:5).

Jesus paid a debt He did not owe, because we owed a debt we could not pay. Thank God for the GIFT of His only begotten Son and Eternal Life through Him. 2 Cor. 9:15 Thanks be unto God for his unspeakable gift. (KJV) . . . When we accept Jesus, God's GIFT to us, He gives us many more uncountable Gifts: eternal life, the Holy Spirit, and abundant blessings from on high day after day. PLEASE do NOT deny Jesus, for IF you do, ALL God's other Blessings will NOT be available to you. BEWARE!!!

If Truly Saved, Always Saved

“Once Saved, Always Saved.” “If Saved, Always Saved.” IF a person is truly saved, then there is absolutely NO possible way that person could ever be UNSAVED. Christianity is not a religion It is a PERSON! The Person of Christ. IF a person does not have Christ, they are NOT a Christian! Christianity is a new birth, a supernatural response of Almighty God. . . responding to one's FAITH in Jesus as the Christ. Once a sinner has been born again into the family of God, all the demons of Hell can never change that. God NEVER disowns His children.
